Services Provided
Framevia Studio specializes in visual content preparation and support:

Service Limitations

- Advertising or marketing campaign services
- Payment processing or financial services
- Software development or programming
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear project specifications, necessary materials, and timely feedback. You retain all rights to your original content and grant us a license to process it for the agreed services.
Delivery & Revisions
Project timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project. We offer reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final visual content.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final deliverables. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
We strive for complete client satisfaction. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as specified in the project agreement
- Project cancellation before work has commenced
- Technical issues preventing delivery of agreed services
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed and delivered projects that meet agreed specifications
- Projects where revisions have been provided and approved
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Delays caused by client feedback or material provision
Partial Refunds
For projects in progress, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. This is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide detailed explanation of the issue
- Allow us 48 hours to review and respond
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

We prefer to resolve any issues through direct communication. If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
